Privacy notice

This notice covers painlessautos.group, a website for Painless Autos, 203 116th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004. The site is built and run for the dealership by MADITECH (Lucky Ranasinghe, lucky@maditech.group).

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, email, an optional phone number, and your answers (for example the car you asked about, your trade-in details or the credit range you chose). A hidden spam trap field is also sent; people never see it.

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver's licence numbers or bank details on this site.

Where it goes

Form messages are stored in MADITECH's contact database (hosted by Supabase) and sent by email to the people who answer for Painless Autos. They are used to reply to you about your request and for nothing else. We do not sell them or share them with advertisers.

Calls and texts

If you give a phone number, Painless Autos may call you about your request. We do not send text messages from these forms. Agreeing to be contacted is never a condition of buying a car.

Cookies and tracking

This site itself sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Car photos load from the dealership's photo host (imagescf.dealercenter.net). The map is embedded from Google Maps and loads when you scroll to it; Google's own privacy policy applies to it.
